Step Into Success is Care Complex’s Workforce Development Program, designed to help individuals prepare for employment and long-term success in life.
Through our program, we offer:
- Resume building
- Job placement assistance
- Workforce development services
- Access to computers, phones, printers, and internet for job searching
- Life skills training and professional development courses
We are proud to partner with Family Promise to expand our workforce development services.
Family Promise representatives are on-site every Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM to assist with:
- Resume building
- Interview preparation
- Job search support
- Career coaching
Outside of these hours, individuals are welcome to use our Computer Room anytime during operating hours for independent job searching, resume writing, printing work documents, or charging devices.
