At C.A.R.E. Complex, we believe that homelessness is not a permanent situation. Every day, we work hand-in-hand with those we serve, empowering them to take the steps necessary to transition out of homelessness and into stability and independence. Our services range from housing assistance and employment readiness to basic needs like hygiene products and access to clean water, helping our clients regain the dignity and hope that every human being deserves.

Ending Homelessness, One Step at a Time
As a Southern Nevada-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, C.A.R.E. Complex is fully committed to fostering responsibility, accountability, and self-reliance in every individual who walks through our doors.
Our mission is to serve homeless and working individuals from vulnerable communities with dignity, providing practical tools and critical resources needed to permanently overcome and prevent homelessness.
We are a fully inclusive organization, welcoming everyone who needs our help. Whether someone needs assistance with housing, employment, or simply a place to get their mail or store their belongings, we are here to offer a hand up, not a handout. Through our programs, we give people the tools they need to stand on their own feet.
Vendor Highlight of the Month – March
Hero School® Breakthrough Academy
Our spotlight this month shines on Tiger Todd and the Hero School® team, whose partnership directly supports CARE Complex’s mission of helping individuals move toward stability, self-sufficiency, and long-term change. This collaboration focuses on creating true breakthroughs, equipping individuals not only with resources, but with the mindset shift needed to move forward independently.
In 2025, we partnered to deliver five Breakthrough Academies, each designed to address root causes that often keep people stuck in cycles of homelessness, unemployment, or instability. Each Academy represents a significant investment, covering meals, clothing, transportation and bus passes, curriculum and licensing, and Speedy ID Recovery Services. In the weeks leading up to each event, Hero School conducts extensive street outreach, engaging more than 1,000 individuals across the valley to ensure those most in need are reached.
Participants leave with practical tools and renewed direction, employment mapping, interview preparation, financial strategy workshops, identification assistance, and immediate next steps toward work and stability. This partnership strengthens CARE’s vision by helping clients build confidence, remove barriers, and take ownership of their path forward.
We look forward to continuing this work as Hero School launches its first Breakthrough Academy sessions of 2026 on March 28, 30, and 31. We are deeply grateful for Tiger and the entire Hero School team for their commitment, collaboration, and shared dedication to empowering lasting independence in our community.
