At C.A.R.E. Complex, we believe that homelessness is not a permanent situation. Every day, we work hand-in-hand with those we serve, empowering them to take the steps necessary to transition out of homelessness and into stability and independence. Our services range from housing assistance and employment readiness to basic needs like hygiene products and access to clean water, helping our clients regain the dignity and hope that every human being deserves.

Our Mission
Ending Homelessness, One Step at a Time
As a Southern Nevada-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, C.A.R.E. Complex is fully committed to fostering responsibility, accountability, and self-reliance in every individual who walks through our doors.
Our mission is to serve homeless and working individuals from vulnerable communities with dignity, providing practical tools and critical resources needed to permanently overcome and prevent homelessness.
We are a fully inclusive organization, welcoming everyone who needs our help. Whether someone needs assistance with housing, employment, or simply a place to get their mail or store their belongings, we are here to offer a hand up, not a handout. Through our programs, we give people the tools they need to stand on their own feet.

This month, we are proud to highlight Molina Healthcare. Serving the community sits at the very core of their mission. Since launching their Nevada health plan in 2022, Molina has worked tirelessly to improve access to quality healthcare. They focus on uplifting underserved individuals and families across Southern Nevada.
A Partnership Built on Whole-Person Care
Molina Healthcare has been a dedicated partner of CARE Complex for approximately two years. They chose to team up with CARE Complex because of our shared commitment to providing compassionate support, essential resources, and hope to those facing life’s greatest challenges.
Through direct outreach and community programs, Molina works to address the social determinants of health, the everyday factors outside the doctor’s office that impact overall well-being.
Together, our partnership helps support the community in several vital ways:
- Expanding Resource Access. Connecting underserved people to critical healthcare and wellness coverage.
- Tackling Root Causes. Creating programs that address social determinants of health to build long-term stability.
- Delivering Compassionate Aid. Partnering on-site at CARE Complex to ensure families and individuals receive help with dignity and care.
