A Beacon of Hope in the Heart of Las Vegas
At C.A.R.E. Complex, we believe that homelessness is not a permanent situation. Every day, we work hand-in-hand with those we serve, empowering them to take the steps necessary to transition out of homelessness and into stability and independence. Our services range from housing assistance and employment readiness to basic needs like hygiene products and access to clean water, helping our clients regain the dignity and hope that every human being deserves.

Our Mission
Ending Homelessness, One Step at a Time
As a Southern Nevada-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, C.A.R.E. Complex is fully committed to fostering responsibility, accountability, and self-reliance in every individual who walks through our doors. Our mission is to provide the critical resources and support that help people end their experience of homelessness, not just temporarily but permanently.
We are a fully inclusive organization, welcoming everyone who needs our help. Whether someone needs assistance with housing, employment, or simply a place to get their mail or store their belongings, we are here to offer a hand up, not a handout. Through our programs, we give people the tools they need to stand on their own feet.
Vendor Highlight of the Month – November
Fraternity on the Streets
Led by Suellen Juhas and team
Our November spotlight shines on Fraternity on the Streets, a volunteer group whose journey embodies compassion and community. What began in 2017 as friends cooking hot dogs for those in need has grown into a lasting effort to bring dignity to the unhoused.
When local restrictions halted direct food distribution, the group pivoted—handing out bottled water outside CARE Complex during the summer of 2020. As Suellen shared, “That summer was when everything truly began to take shape.”
A chance meeting with Mike from CARE Complex led to a partnership and a safe space to serve. With CARE’s support, the team joined Fraternity Without Borders, expanding their outreach from water to full, home-cooked meals served with love.
“We’ve been proudly serving at CARE Complex since 2021,” said Suellen. “It’s been an incredible journey of growth, connection, and love.”
Today, Fraternity on the Streets continues to remind us that small beginnings can lead to lasting impact—and that every act of kindness helps build a stronger, more compassionate Las Vegas.
