At C.A.R.E. Complex, we believe that homelessness is not a permanent situation. Every day, we work hand-in-hand with those we serve, empowering them to take the steps necessary to transition out of homelessness and into stability and independence. Our services range from housing assistance and employment readiness to basic needs like hygiene products and access to clean water, helping our clients regain the dignity and hope that every human being deserves.

Our Mission
Ending Homelessness, One Step at a Time
As a Southern Nevada-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, C.A.R.E. Complex is fully committed to fostering responsibility, accountability, and self-reliance in every individual who walks through our doors.
Our mission is to serve homeless and working individuals from vulnerable communities with dignity, providing practical tools and critical resources needed to permanently overcome and prevent homelessness.
We are a fully inclusive organization, welcoming everyone who needs our help. Whether someone needs assistance with housing, employment, or simply a place to get their mail or store their belongings, we are here to offer a hand up, not a handout. Through our programs, we give people the tools they need to stand on their own feet.

This month, we are proud to highlight Epiphany Episcopal Church, a dedicated faith community in Las Vegas whose commitment to service has made them a valued partner of CARE Complex.
A Partnership Built on Purpose
Epiphany’s journey with CARE Complex began when a parish member started volunteering at our monthly C.A.R.E. Fair. Recognizing the vital nature of these services, they engaged the parish’s Outreach Committee, inspiring fellow members to join in service starting in July 2025. What began as individual volunteer efforts blossomed into a formal partnership in June 2026.
Today, Epiphany Episcopal Church is a steady, compassionate presence across our programs. They support our mission by:
- Assisting with food distribution at the C.A.R.E. Fair
- Bringing holiday joy and support at our Winter Wonderland event
- Equipping youth in our community during Back to School events

For Epiphany Episcopal Church, outreach is not just an activity; it is a living commitment to respect the dignity of every individual they meet. As their congregation continues to grow, they look forward to expanding their service alongside CARE Complex to reach even more neighbors in need.
