At C.A.R.E. Complex, we believe that homelessness is not a permanent situation. Every day, we work hand-in-hand with those we serve, empowering them to take the steps necessary to transition out of homelessness and into stability and independence. Our services range from housing assistance and employment readiness to basic needs like hygiene products and access to clean water, helping our clients regain the dignity and hope that every human being deserves.

Our Mission
Ending Homelessness, One Step at a Time
As a Southern Nevada-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, C.A.R.E. Complex is fully committed to fostering responsibility, accountability, and self-reliance in every individual who walks through our doors.
Our mission is to serve homeless and working individuals from vulnerable communities with dignity, providing practical tools and critical resources needed to permanently overcome and prevent homelessness.
We are a fully inclusive organization, welcoming everyone who needs our help. Whether someone needs assistance with housing, employment, or simply a place to get their mail or store their belongings, we are here to offer a hand up, not a handout. Through our programs, we give people the tools they need to stand on their own feet.
Vendor Highlight of the Month – December
Nick & Best Buddies Team
Our December spotlight shines on Nick and The Best Buddies team, a dedicated volunteer team whose quiet consistency and genuine heart have made a meaningful impact at CARE Complex. His journey began a few years ago, when he was invited by Skyler to help prepare sandwiches and support meal service. What started as a simple invitation quickly grew into something much deeper.
Working alongside Skyler and Kellie, Nick found himself drawn to the mission of serving those experiencing homelessness. “CARE just made sense,” he shared. It was the first place he learned about offering direct support to the unhoused community, and from the very beginning, it felt like home.
For the past 2–3 years, Nick has continued to show up with reliability, humility, and compassion. His commitment goes beyond preparing meals; it reflects a genuine desire to bring comfort and dignity to those who walk through our doors.
Nick’s story reminds us that meaningful service often begins with one small invitation, and grows into lasting impact through heart, teamwork, and kindness. We are deeply grateful for all he brings to the CARE Complex and the community we serve.
