A Beacon of Hope in the Heart of Las Vegas
At C.A.R.E. Complex, we believe that homelessness is not a permanent situation. Every day, we work hand-in-hand with those we serve, empowering them to take the steps necessary to transition out of homelessness and into stability and independence. Our services range from housing assistance and employment readiness to basic needs like hygiene products and access to clean water, helping our clients regain the dignity and hope that every human being deserves.

Our Mission
Ending Homelessness, One Step at a Time
As a Southern Nevada-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, C.A.R.E. Complex is fully committed to fostering responsibility, accountability, and self-reliance in every individual who walks through our doors.
Our mission is to serve homeless and working individuals from vulnerable communities with dignity, providing practical tools and critical resources needed to permanently overcome and prevent homelessness.
We are a fully inclusive organization, welcoming everyone who needs our help. Whether someone needs assistance with housing, employment, or simply a place to get their mail or store their belongings, we are here to offer a hand up, not a handout. Through our programs, we give people the tools they need to stand on their own feet.
Vendor Highlight of the Month – February
Revival Church All Nations
CARE Complex is proud to recognize Revival Church All Nations as our Vendor of the Month for February.
For over two and a half years, Revival Church All Nations has been a consistent partner in providing community meals support to individuals experiencing homelessness through CARE Complex. Their community support program officially began on June 17, 2023, and since then, their continued presence and reliability have played an important role in supporting our community. In 2025 alone, they served approximately 3,900 meals at CARE Complex.
Revival Church All Nations shared that they chose to serve at CARE Complex because of our organized and intentional approach to serving individuals experiencing homelessness, which allows their team to contribute in a meaningful and impactful way.
We are grateful for their dedication, consistency, and commitment to community service. Partnerships like this strengthen our ability to meet immediate needs while fostering dignity, respect, and connection.
