HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICES
We are committed to helping individuals take the next step toward transitioning out of homelessness. Our services are designed to empower those who are currently employed or actively seeking employment by providing the tools and support needed to create a stable and secure future.
To access our services, clients must complete an intake form. You can submit the form online at careinfo@carecomplex.org or visit our facility to complete it in person. Once approved, clients can explore a range of resources tailored to their needs, including housing assistance, job readiness programs, and more.

Community Table
Each week, an average of 2,000 meals are served by a network of compassionate volunteers and partner organizations
H2H (Homeless to Home) Program
This program is designed to assist unhoused individuals and families or that at risk of losing their housing.
Bus Passes
The Bus Pass Program provides transportation assistance for individuals needing to commute to job interviews, current employment, medical appointments, or other essential services.
Mail Services
We offer a mail service for individuals without a permanent address, allowing them to use the facility’s address for their mailing needs.
Locker Storage
We provide secure locker storage for individuals needing a place to keep personal belongings.
Hydration Station
A 24/7 accessible water fountain is available in the Corridor of Hope, ensuring individuals have access to clean drinking water at all times.
Step Into Success
These services assist individuals in building resumes, developing interview skills, and preparing for job opportunities.
Internet and Phone Access
We offer internet and phone access for job searching, maintaining contact with family, or managing personal matters.
Grooming Services
We provide shower trucks, haircuts, hairstyle, and hygiene products on designated days to ensure we ‘re restoring confidence through personal care.
