Changing Lives, One Home at a Time

Join Us in Making a Difference

The Homeless to Home (H2H) program is a lifeline for individuals and families on the brink of homelessness or struggling to secure stable housing. We’ve seen firsthand that while many can save enough for monthly rent, the upfront costs—like security deposits and other fees —create insurmountable barriers. That’s why this program is so crucial. By providing down payment and housing fee assistance, we help bridge the gap, offering immediate relief and empowering participants to rebuild their lives in a safe and secure home. Join us in making a tangible difference and transforming lives, one home at a time.
