At Care Complex, we rely on the generosity of our community to provide vital support to those in need. There are many ways you can contribute, and your donations help us create a safe, welcoming environment for individuals experiencing homelessness. Whether you’re donating gently used items, essential supplies, or gift cards, every contribution makes a significant difference.
Donate Gently Used Items
We accept a variety of gently used items that can help individuals and families transition out of homelessness. Your donations provide comfort and essential resources. We are always accepting:
- New and Gently Used Clothing (all sizes for men, women, and children)
- Winter Clothing (coats, jackets, gloves, scarves, beanies, all sizes)
- Shoes (all sizes, all gender)
- Bras (all sizes)
- Purses
- Towels
- Underwear (new, all sizes for men and women)
- Bedding or any Housing Supplies
Essential Supplies We Need
To keep Care Complex operating and to provide necessary hygiene and comfort to our guests:
- Deodorant (women’s and men’s)
- Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Body Wash
- Pads, Tampons, Panty Liners
- Cloth and Surgical Face Masks
- Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper)
- Cleaning Supplies (disinfectant wipes, sprays, etc.)
- Kitty Litter (for those with pets)
- Pet Food
- Any housing supplies
Non-Perishable Food Items
We greatly appreciate donations of non-perishable food items to help stock our pantry for those in need. Items like canned goods, boxed meals, snacks, and bottled water are always in high demand.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are a great way to support Care Complex and give us the flexibility to purchase exactly what is needed at any given time. Some of the most helpful gift cards include:
- Costco
- Target
- Walmart
- Ross
- Sams club
- Amazon
- Any Grocery stores
- Any fast food
These cards help us buy essentials for our guests and maintain our facility.
Building Supplies
We also have ongoing needs for supplies to maintain our facility and provide a comfortable environment. High-demand items include:
- Foldable Chairs & Tables
- Computer Paper
- Trash Bags (13-gallon, 30-gallon, 50-gallon)
- Water (gallons or bottled)
- Paper plates, utensils, napkins or paper towels
How to Donate
There are two easy ways to give:
- Drop Off During Operating Hours
You can also drop off your donations at the Care Complex during our regular hours:
Saturday – Wednesday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Thursday – Friday: Closed (by appointment only)
Simply bring your items to the front gate, and our team will assist you. - Schedule a Donation Drop-Off
To schedule a drop-off, please email us. We are happy to work with you to coordinate a convenient time for your donation.
