These services assist individuals in building resumes, developing interview skills, and preparing for job opportunities.
Process for Career Assistance
Step 1: Complete Online Courses
Before scheduling an appointment, individuals must complete the Financial Literacy and Career Readiness Course. Upon completion, a certificate will be provided, which is required for the next step.
Step 2: Submit Appointment Request
- Certificate of Completion for the online course.
- The specific service they are requesting:
- Resume Writing Assistance.
- Job Search Assistance.
- Interview Preparation.

Step 3: Schedule and Attend Appointment
Appointments will be scheduled with designated staff after the certificate and request have been submitted. Sessions are held in the Career Readiness Room, where individuals receive one-on-one guidance tailored to their needs.
Workshops
Group workshops are offered periodically and will be posted on a monthly basis. These workshops provide additional training and resources for job readiness.
By following this process, individuals will receive targeted support to advance their career goals and secure meaningful employment opportunities.
Internet and Phone Access
The Care Complex offers internet and phone access for job searching, maintaining contact with family, or managing personal matters.
Availability
- No Appointment Required: Individuals can walk in during operational hours.
- Internet & Printer Access: Available for job searches, resume crafting, and accessing essential documents.
- Phone Use: Local calls are available during operating hours.
- Phone Charging: Phone charging for 3 hours at a time are available during operating hours.
Bus Passes
The Bus Pass Program provides transportation assistance for individuals who are currently employed, have confirmed job interviews, medical appointments, or court dates. Bus passes are issued based on your verified work schedule or verified appointments from the company you have the appointment with. We only offer 24 hour bus passes and the number of verified appointments, determines the number of passes you receive. For example, if you have a work schedule from your employer, showing you are scheduled for 4 days, you may receive up to 4 -24 hour bus passes for that week. Assistance is provided for a maximum of 4 weeks.
How to Request a Bus Pass
The first step is to complete our Intake Form by clicking the button below. Once submitted, a Care Complex representative will follow up with you within 24–48 hours.

Please note: Bus passes must be picked up in person at the Care Complex facility.
Request Process
1. Complete the Intake Form
Click the button below to fill out the form with your contact details, request reason, and proof of need (e.g., work schedule, confirmed doctor’s appointment, job interview confirmation).
2. Care Complex Review & Approval
Our team will review your request. If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your scheduled pick-up day and time window.
3. Pick-Up Your Bus Pass
Come to the Care Complex facility during your scheduled time. Bring a valid photo ID and your confirmation email to receive your bus pass.
