Founded in 2005 as Homeless Helpers, now known as Care Complex, we have been a cornerstone of support within Las Vegas’ “Corridor of Hope.” Our mission is simple but powerful: to provide individuals experiencing homelessness with a safe, accessible place where they can access the services and tools needed to rebuild their lives and regain self-sufficiency.

Our Approach
Volunteering for a Brighter Future
At C.A.R.E. Complex, we believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back. One of our most successful initiatives is our volunteer program, which not only helps us maintain our facility but also gives individuals experiencing homelessness the opportunity to re-learn essential skills that will assist them in securing employment. Through volunteering, our clients find a sense of purpose, accountability, and hope—key ingredients in their journey to end their homelessness.
Many of the individuals who have successfully transitioned out of homelessness have been active volunteers at C.A.R.E. Complex. By encouraging them to take an active role in their own future, we foster a spirit of responsibility and self-reliance, which are crucial to their long-term success.
Our 4 Main Focuses
- Address food insecurity in the community as a result of recent job loss, mental illness, homelessness or other challenging circumstances.
- Obtain and distribute grooming services such as hygiene items, haircuts, showers, and other health preventive measures to people on the street.
- Provide down payment assistance, independent living resources, and guidance on how to become self-reliant through online courses teaching financial literacy, independent living, and career readiness.
- Maintain wrap around services such as mail service, locker usage, phone access, along with internet and computer access
Where We Serve
The Corridor of Hope: Where Help Meets Hope
C.A.R.E. Complex is strategically located along Foremaster Lane in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas’ “Corridor of Hope.” This location is home to a large portion of Las Vegas’ homeless population, making our center not only easily accessible but a critical hub for those in need. Being so close to both the individuals we serve and other vital social service providers allows us to maximize our impact and efficiency. We serve all homeless individuals in the Las Vegas area and work tirelessly to meet their needs through comprehensive, compassionate care.
