Wayne Tew is a seasoned financial executive and former President/CEO of Clark County Credit Union, where he led growth and strategic planning for nearly 30 years. He brings deep expertise in financial management, investment strategy, and nonprofit leadership. Wayne is an active angel investor with Vegas Valley Angels and serves on several boards, including Hope for Prisoners and BYU’s International Center for Law and Religion Studies. His financial insight strengthens CARE Complex’s long-term strategy and community impact.
Michael Swecker

Michael Swecker, a third-generation Nevadan, is a seasoned commercial real estate expert and passionate community advocate. Since 1999, he has brokered thousands of acres across Nevada and Arizona, specializing in build-to-suit projects and national leasebacks. In 2005, Michael founded CARE Complex, a nonprofit dedicated to ending homelessness. Under his leadership, CARE transformed a vacant building in the Corridor of Hope into a thriving resource hub that now serves thousands each month. His dual commitment to real estate and social impact continues to shape Southern Nevada.
Latoya Johnson

Latoya Johnson is the Chief Executive Officer of CARE Complex, where she leads with a vision centered on community impact, strategic growth, and long-term sustainability. With 20 years of experience in real estate, business development, and nonprofit leadership, she brings a results-driven approach to every initiative. Latoya has held leadership roles with Project 150, Target for Homelessness, Village of Becoming, and the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association. Her work reflects a deep commitment to serving vulnerable populations and building lasting change in Southern Nevada.
Nathan Cartwright

Nathan Cartwright is a construction industry leader with over 15 years of experience and currently serves as Director of Business Development at Helix Electric. He has held key leadership roles with the Nevada Contractors Association, including 2023 President and Executive Committee member. Appointed by Governor Lombardo to the Nevada Board of Health, Nathan represents the engineering and construction sector. In 2017, he led a $300K renovation of CARE Complex, mobilizing over 100 volunteers. Nathan is deeply committed to leveraging private sector resources to address homelessness in Southern Nevada.

Jennifer Wikler brings a diverse background in business strategy, marketing, and healthcare to the CARE Complex board. She has held leadership roles in both corporate and nonprofit sectors, including serving as Marketing Director for UNLV’s Center for Business and Economic Research. Jennifer is also a technical writer, business consultant, and currently a Health Coach at Wikler Family Medicine. Her strength in communications, operations, and wellness, paired with a passion for community service, supports CARE Complex’s mission and long-term sustainability.
John Fiore

John Fiore has called Las Vegas home for over 30 years and brings a deep passion for serving the homeless community. Originally from Long Island, NY, he has spent more than 25 years volunteering his time and resources to support individuals experiencing homelessness. Professionally, John is a top-producing real estate agent with Simply Vegas, where he’s built a reputation for excellence and strong community ties. His compassion, leadership, and hands-on approach make him a valuable member of the CARE Complex board and a strong advocate for our mission.
